PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION

Circle Se7en Gaming makes every effort to accurately describe the condition and features of every product carried. Any collectible product is understood to be in Mint/Near Mint condition ("fresh from the pack") unless otherwise stated. All video games, video game console accessories, computer software and hardware are understood to be in brand new and factory sealed condition unless otherwise stated. Once the product  is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Circle Se7en Gaming cannot be responsible for any damages incurred in transit.


PRE-SALES

Pre-Sales require payment in full upfront. Circle Se7en Gaming makes every effort to fill all pre-sales as quickly as possible, but product shortages beyond our control may cause delays in receiving your order. In the event of a price change on any Pre-Sale item, you will be charged the lesser of the price at the time your order was placed and the price at product release.


MINIMUM ORDER & PAYMENT

There is a $10 minimum to place an order at Circle Se7en Gaming.

Payment is required within 72 hours or your order may be canceled without further notice.


SHIPPING

Standard, Two-Day and One-Day shipping have estimated delivery times of 1-5 business days, 2 business days and 1 business day, respectively. These time frames are just estimates and there is no guarantee that there will not be delays incurred by the carrier. Orders are typically picked and packed within two business days. This time is not included in the estimated shipping times. If you are ordering products for a special event such as a birthday or holiday, please be aware of this when placing your order.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Circle Se7en Gaming can only accept returns for unopened and unused merchandise for which a Return Authorization request was filed for within 30 days from the date of purchase.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted on individual collectible/trading card game (CCG or TCG) cards or trading figure game (TFG) figures.  Refunds will only be given for the purchase price of the merchandise less a 5% restocking fee. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.  Please request a Return Authorization here prior to shipping merchandise back to Circle Se7en Gaming.
